“ Quite possibly the best bakery in Les Sables! I have been a customer there since 2017-2018 and we have never been disappointed. My opinion therefore reflects these few years. The pastries are excellent and perfectly irresistible when still a little warm out of the oven. As for bread, we really like La Petite Louise: organic bread, generous, very good and which keeps for a long time. Traditional baguettes are just as excellent! The pastries are renewed regularly, to my greatest pleasure! Special mention to the very generous homemade eclairs with cream. The mango eclair is worth the detour. My son loves the VERY generous Paris Brest! Perfect for dessert when you take the formula. We get all the birthday cakes here, and it's delicious every time. Finally, the cut brioche is just crazy! We tested it and discovered it for the first time during our wedding, and we've been taking it whenever it's available ever since! In short, the pleasure of living in Olonne would not be quite the same without this bakery, Marie and her team. The welcome there has always been excellent. THANKS ! ”

“ While passing through the region, we bought two sandwiches in this bakery. Contrary to what some people say, our sandwiches are well stocked and delicious. For dessert, I had a homemade coffee eclair. Well, it’s been at least 20 years since I last ate such a cream-filled eclair, with a delicious topping. Concerning hygiene, open your eyes before criticizing... Indeed, the craftsman goes from the cash register to the kitchen without washing his hands, BUT the craftsman does not touch the change. Indeed, this bakery has an automatic device for paying and giving change!!!! I recommend without hesitation. ”
